My Personal Testimony Feedback ((should I publish))….. Blog

Fotor0802151845

Hey Family!!!

Recently I share with about 100 people my PERSONAL TESTIMONY that happened in the last 2 years. I DID NOT want to share it because it was so close to my heart and I really didn’t want to “go there”. But I’m glad I did. Wow.. never in a million years did I realize how many people were touched, encouraged and inspired by my story. God had been telling me to write down my story and share it… I just couldn’t. I have several books in me.. so when I read the response …. I was really blown away. I’m thinking about having it published on line.

Here are some of the many responses from my “Building My Faith On God’s Reputation”.
Hey Cree I’m trying to catch up with reading these chapters, I just finished this one and all I can say right now is OMG!!!! this is a POWERFUL life changing story. You are blessing my SOUL!!! and I’m learning a lot about my self through your story. WOW!!! Ok on to the next chapter. LOL

Thank you Cree Cree…. ive been praying for God to keep me grounded…. I love you!

Cree virgo’s are strong go getter folks…Its hard to depend on others…..we are normally the depender “the person You can lean on me..”type people”. May God give us the strength we will always need to survive and lean on Him….our heavenly father and always be Thankful/Grateful for close family and friends.Ham mercy….Hallelujah and Amen …we walk by faith and not by sight.

TO ALL MS. WALKER’S FRIENDS: Friendship is nothing to be taken lightly. Cree always listens to “our problems.” She is finally getting her just dues where we get to listen to her. I am so grateful that she is finally able to share some of the things she experienced. I apologize that I didn’t realize Cree was going through so much because I was too busy complaining about my problems. Let her testimony stand.

this reminds me of Paul when GOD took his sight. Before Paul became Paul his name was Saul and he was a legalistic believer. A pharisee or much like it. He was going to kill the spirit filled christian the new believers in Christ and sadly he thought he was doing the work of the lord but he wasn’t. So God took his sight and he couldn’t see for three days. On the third day GOD restored his sight and named him Paul and he is the biggest contributor to the bible to this day. There is a plan and a purpose for all things so be of good cheer. !

Lord I pray u be a Fence all around Lacrease Walker an everyone ready her testimony…. Give Crease strength like no other an fulfill each an Every dream an desire she has… u have always been there for ppl now set back an Let God take care of u …..I’m grateful to call u MY BIG SISTER U HAVE GIVEN AN SHOWN ME SO MUCH AN I BLESSED FOR THAT…..

Powerful sis! I totally understand about never being sick or having an affliction and then boom and staying focused to listen to the voice of the Lord instead of people! Awesome, anxiously awaiting the continuation! Love u, Be Blessed!

I learned the hard way quenching your spirit in a period of lack, depression, desperation, debt, lust, heartache and pain, turns you away from GOD as HE sits patiently saying, I AM the answer, I AM the way, the Truth and The LlFE, I AM who I AM.. Yet, we want it when we want and HE takes us through season(spiritual ones will define/ breakdown for you soon) in the flesh. I always new winter, spring, summer and fall. But spiritually we have seasons. When you are so consumed on what the world is offering, you are blinded to what GOD has offered to our spiritual life that we begin to wither away and die on the inside cause the mind to wonder, make it had to accept HIS, correct, HIS promises, HIS will and HIS way. We begin to try and figure out what He means for us by ourselves. I never stopped serving the people, spreading HIS word, but I was no longer applying it to myself. I did what I was suppose to on the outside but in the inside I had to die. I LOST everything, the man I thought I loved and loved me (not GOD choice but mine), the job I had and desired to keep, the house I brought but stopped keeping it up, the cars I stopped paying for,, my grandmother that I loved more than myself and anyone else, My friend because I became different, my family because I had changed. But GOD, slowly I had a wake up call and I’m still working on it today. Will tell you more as your testimony continue. Because I see the spiritual seasons in your test.

Wow taken aback….you made me tear up….thanks for allowing me to be apart of this.

Lacrease Walker i truly understand where your coming from in that place as we speak only being led by the voice of The Lord and trying to stay i his presence so he can lead and when i called you i was led to do so that being said when you was in your human nature side he the Lord sent someone in the spirit to encourage you and to remind you that He The Lord is Faithful, God Bless you and I Love you looking forward to reading more to God be the Glory.

That PRIDE thing can get in the way every time. Try the Spirit by the Spirit…I understand this is your journey but if it had been me with all that I had been though to get to the place God wanted me to be. When obstacles came increase faith followed , isolation and shutting down would not be an option for me. You very well know God uses others as vessels to give you the desires of your heart according to his will.
On my spiritual journey I’m learning to increase the relationship but it’s also important to TRUST him, no I mean truly trust him and his will. Thanks for sharing were you was thinking then. I’m interested to know if you had to do it all over what would be different? Love Monica

This is so uplifting reading your story. You really should consider putting it in a book. Also, you have that personality that when people meet you, you are liked. That is how I felt when I first met you. I told Tasha that you are a “people person” and that you were very outgoing and you had a beautiful spirit about you. Looking forward to reading the posts.

That is great and I am glad you are thinking about it. I truly feel it would help many people that are facing different challenges in life. Reading your posts just confirms that we may make plans but God’s plans are the best. I thought I would be in Texas by now and God said no, I have something better for you and I am trusting him.

Cree you know GOD uses us all to be so that others can become you have always been a writer i remember you trying to get me to pen pal. lol and put that with the encourager you have always been it really shows how faith works im grateful for you test which you pass and are able to deliver a testimony to allow someone to read and be free and deliver in their storms and testimony enjoying being bless by this.now im waiting on your books.
I wish u would have just put this in a book sis, cause I feel like u teasing me with the page a day. Though I must admit that I am enjoying it. I LOVE to curl up at the corner of the sofa and read!!

Hey Zee, God is so awesome, keep up the good work. I love you.

We have helped each other and i can really relate because when im doing bad or going through something i to keep it to myself, i don’t like to ask people for help even when i need it ,and it’s funny how everybody think im so strong and got it together, but baby i have wet my pillow many nights lol!!! And not to mention me getting down on my knees asking for strength and guidance. its making me tear up just think about it. And dang i forgot to blockRubie Phillips Knott lol

You are successful! Just like Miss Renee Bates said. You came through it, and your spirit is intact. I am going to share one of my testimonies here. I’ve shared it on my FB page, and ppl have gotten a lot from it. I’m a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. At one point, I was going to take my life, but God stepped in and began a healing in me that is still going on. I’m still here!!!! I didn’t take my life, and I believe God let me live so that I could share my story to reach other survivors. Here is the link. It’s never too late to start your life over, even if you think your life is not worth living

You’ve been a blessing by sharing your story. We have spoken but this before many times but I will say it again we were going through very similar situations yet we thought we were the only one going through. For those reading who often wonder why I call Cree twin that is one reason. The other is from the very first time we ever laid eyes on each other we connected. She knew what I was thinking without me saying a word and I knew what she was thinking. This happened on our very first time meeting. Cree reminded me that there are no accidents in life. I know this is long but allow me to explain. I met Cree online on a message board. We were on at the same time viewing the same thread and had just gone to the same concert and sat a couple of rows apart. We didn’t meet at the concert but we met online and stayed in touch and she’s been my twin ever since. We don’t see each other often we don’t talk often but I have no doubt that Cree is a true friend and I can talk to her about anything and I have. I share things with her that I’ve never shared with others without hesitation. She’s just that kind of person. Without a doubt it was God who allowed us to cross paths and become “twins”. I know this is long but I want others to know God is amazing and he works in mysterious ways for sure. Keep watching and waiting on Him. Be blessed everyone.
Girl i remember when u said u hear God’s voice like he was sitting right next to u having a conversation, I’m glad u were obedient and listen to him and prayed when u did. I had a similar story to yours I was on my way to walmart on getting on the freeway which I really don’t like to drive this particular morning I was very sleepy, but I got up got dressed warmed up my car and headed off, It was a light snow the kind u don’t see until u see it got on 94 as soon as I got on I spinned all the way on black ice around facing oncoming traffic, I was so scared I said Lord please turn me the right way so I can get to this job, I swear to u the radio station change itself to Jesus will work it out, I turned the car around without any problems then the other cars came flying pass me I eventually got to that job praising his name shaking and all

It was so nice to read your story. I had a bit of the same issues as you when it came to sharing my testimony but What God has shown me and consistently shows me to this day is that sharing your story isn’t about you. Yea, it’s your story but it helps you as well as others who hear. I don’t like giving my testimony because I don’t want people to judge certain people in my story and I also don’t want people to feel pity for me. I also want people to see how God provides in the ways of this world. Cause some people just get so stuck in that all Christians should be poor mentality but if we are all poor and homeless who will help the homeless. I, like you, feel like a story should end with the Blesses of God so that people will see him how I see him. What I think we often miss is we are looking for the material things to be the blessing when the blessing is really those moments of comfort and security that he offered when we were down and without a clue on how to get back up. You may not be in a place that looks blessed to the outside world but the fact that you are closer and more secure in a relationship with the provider of blesses you have no need to worry because knowing him means those blessings are going to follow after you without you even having to try. Thank God, For you and your words I know he will continue to bless you.

Sooo agree be blessing to others connect more with god know in doing so you may lose many friends but will see your true when more you connect .do according to his plan for your life not men he speak to us all in different way no his voice listen thanks for your story Cree love you a much

zz im so blessed by many things you have shared.i relate to some things because i have either been there or are there or maybe going there and it helps to know that someone else can relate.there are 3 kind of ppl in the world and you have describe all of them 1.the one that is going in a storm 2.the one that is in the storm. 3 the one that out of the storm.either way we experience the storm choosing to share your storm and the out come is a choice and you must be confident in where you are in life,i appreciate you for your honestly i remember those events you shared and never knew because you smiled through your pain(reminds me of me)that’s the Virgo in us and it hurts to let ppl know we in need not just of money but everything, You help me to realize things i know it was conformation thanks for sharing and adding me i know it was meant for me to read this.i got up every morning looking for it.lbvs.we have been friends for many years and even when we dont see or talk

I agree you’re story is a success, you learned, grew, and kept going forward. You gave and still are giving hope, education and more to others. You are always helping others, feeding the homeless, helping young girls or just an inspiration for people to know that they are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Your life story have so much to do with having faith in God through the difficult challenges along with the good one! Also it show how you have self doubt and fear at some point but you always held on to the faith in God no matter what you were going through! I am learning from your story that sometimes God has to slow us down to see what he has in stored for us whether we like it or not.

I laughed so hard!!! I was at work, Lacrease, and the lady next to me HAD to ask what I was laughing so hard about! Yeah, you were heated   I read all 4 parts today, and I’m so blown away! I can relate to what you went through, too.

Every living cell in my body wants to move to LA. I went there to try to find a job, and NOTHING came of it. I stayed there about a month, and then came on back home. I figured it just wasn’t the right time.
I got a job here at a doctors’ office, and for the most part, I’m happy here. There is always that nagging about wanting to go back to LA, though. Every time I think about going back, I hear something (God) say don’t leave before the miracle. So I stay. I have no idea what I’m waiting for, but that voice is loud and clear about staying here. I despise Cincinnati, but that voice is unmistakable!
And I don’t know if you knew this or not, but about 9 years ago, I lost everything I owned in an apt fire. At the time of the fire, I thought it was the worst thing that could have ever happened to me. I was wrong. It ended up being a blessing in disguise for me. I disobeyed God before, and I so paid for it! So I am soooo there with you when you’re telling your testimony! So there! I used to think that the fire was just a fire. But I realize since I didn’t obey God, it was really like an eviction! A holy eviction LOL!
You keep listening to Him. You know He’s not going to steer you wrong. I love your relationship with God. It really gives me pause, and makes me stop to listen to Him. When I think about your story, I hear my story as well. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all. You have no idea how many ppl you are going to touch with your story.

I am so intrigued by this story…as much as you write I still hate when it ends…can’t wait for part 5..

yes you two have truly blessed me to beable to just share more and to look deeper within me and rewrite the contents within me instead of just living and letting people read the cover. you know the saying “that you can’t judge a book by its cover” from this day forward i will be writing i was always told to do so . God Bless you Ladies. World Changers

The Bible talks about God preparing a table in the presence of our enemies. I don’t expect them to say a lot of nice things about me, but they are there. Watch me eat.-Tyler Perry

Finding My * your* Purpose in Life ~~ La’Crease’s Blog

tdjakes purpose

Finding my purpose in life.
What is my calling? What are my gifts?

As I sat long and hard about this, having to go back and remember things in my childhood, I can say that it was quite fun. I was amazed at how much I realized that the things that I’m good at today, started a LONG TIME AGO. God had already put these things inside of me, and all this time it was growing. These are the things that I have remembered growing up. I hope that you do this exercise as well.

The Lord- I can remember being on punishments in my room reading the Bible and becoming fascinated with God and all the things that was recorded. It was then at around 13 or 14 when I built a relationship with him and started hearing his voice loud and clear. He spoke to me all the time, telling me things before they would happen. I remember feeling so special everyday, like we were the only ones in the world. Being in my room all the time with no one to talk to, he filled that void. I remember reading about how wise Solomon was, and how I wanted to have wisdom someday. So everyday I would pray, and pray, and pray, and pray, and pray about it. Its so funny thinking back on those days being so young and wanting to have wisdom but I was serious. I truly know for a fact that he has Blessed me with Wisdom and Discernment.

Love- I grew up with a very loving family. We’re even closer in our adult life. My parents planted in us over and over again, that family is not suppose to fight. We could argue and debate, but when its over, we had to hug, kiss and make up right there on the spot in front of everyone. We hated that. Never knowing that it would play a huge part of who I am today. I’m not a person who holds grudges or is revengeful. When I was 17 I was raped and became very angry and hateful. But as time went on, God was there in my heart to restored the Love I had for people. The Love I have also caused me to connect to people that I had no business connecting with, and still till this day, I struggle with that because of the way I grew up. Love causes me to open my heart to the things that we go through as children of God. I believe with all my heart that the Love my parents taught me to have with my siblings, goes hand in hand with my calling. These are important things that I need to complete my purpose in life.

Writing and Reading- Growing up, I would be in my room or in the corner somewhere reading, and writing down my thoughts. I love to visualize things and bring them to life with my way of thinking. I always had a way of making people see things in a different light with my examples. I always get the reaction of ” I never looked at it that way”. I remember whatever I was reading, I had to pause and visualize it in my mind for several minutes . I would read a story and put faces and personalities to the story to bring it to life. My siblings and friends use to always talk about me, as they were outside playing. It bothered me when they did that, because no one understood me. In my 20’s I wrote a love story based on thoughts in my mind about how I would meet my husband. I realized recently that the reason why I hate talking over the phone is because I enjoy writing down my thoughts more. Recently I got serious about writing a book about my testimony within the last 2 years. Even though its hard to revisit many things about it, these important Life Lessons we all can learn from.

First Chapter of Nehemiah …………..From the Desk of Cree

DSCN0603

Jul 16, 2003

Ladies of AIMSK,

I’m going to go and try to break this book down as best as I know how. Remember I wrote about giving a word on this book, Nehemiah. I thought this was a profound book on Leadership and Followship. I learned from Nehemiah in this book and gained knowledged and courage through his own actions. As I read this book in the New Translation Version, I couldn’t put it down. I read it like a novel chapter by chapter. Through each chapter, I broke each verse and scripture down to the core. I studied his every move, every character trait, and every action. Nehemiah has definitely set the standards of, “You won’t be able to lead unless you are willing to follow”. He did both to perfection!!! Let’s go through the chapters of this book. I will give you what the lord gives me to deliver.

Let’s pray…………

Father God I come to you as your humble servant, asking you to give me your word to translate to your people. Decrease me God and Increase you! Whatever is in this word lord Jesus, I’m asking you to open the heart of the woman sitting here reading this word so she can apply it to her own life when it comes to leadership and followship. Father speak to your daughters today and give them the courage to step out on faith and APPLY this word to their lives. It’s just not enough to read the word, but you said we must be doers of the word. Move expeditiously through them today father and bless them! In Jesus name, Amen.

We will explore only the First Chapter of Nehemiah this Morning. In every area God tells me to touch on, it will be highlighted in blue. Then God’s voice will speak through me and translate what God wants you to know concerning Character, Leadership, and Followship. Be blessed!

Background on Nehemiah……………

Purpose: Nehemiah is the last of the Old testament historical books. It tells how the walls were built and the people were renewed through their faith. This book takes place in Jeruselem.

Nehemiah was a Cup Bearer for the King Artaxerxes. A Cup bearer in those days were men/women who tasted the king/queen food or drank their drink before they did to make sure it was satisfactory.

Nehemiah 1 – New Living Translation
1 These are the memoirs of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah.

Nehemiahs Concern for Jerusalem`

In late autumn of the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes’ reign,[1] I was at the fortress of Susa. 2Hanani, one of my brothers, came to visit me with some other men who had just arrived from Judah. I asked them about the Jews who had survived the captivity and about how things were going in Jerusalem.

Let’s break down things down to the bone. Let’s review Nehemiah feelings, actions, and reactions. Nehemiah shows here to be a caring man. He asked about what was going on in Jerusalem. Nehemiah cared about Ministry. He cared about the people. He asked about what is going on and genuine was in concern for the people.

Question: Do you truly care about Ministry? Do you care about your church home Ministry and what they are actually doing in that Ministry? Do you ever inquire at your church home to see the projects and activities that is taking place and is genuinly concerned for the people the church is targeted in saving and WANT TO BE A PART OF IT?

Nehemiah cared about the people because he asked the question of what was going on in Jerusalem.

3They said to me, “Things are not going well for those who returned to the province of Judah. They are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem has been torn down, and the gates have been burned.”

Right here the men just delivered BAD NEWS about what was going on in Jerusalem. The temple was destroyed there in Jerusalem. People were not in a place of their faith where they needed to be. Men weren’t being Men of God they should have been. Women weren’t being the Women of God they should have been. They had lost all faith because of the ruins that had happened in Jerusalem. Men who had came there before to try to rebuild the wall was discouraged to do so and it never got done. However, God sends a prophet to restore…………………..

What trouble and disgrace are you at in your life?

4When I heard this, I sat down and wept.

Oh my…Oh my! How often do we as people sit and weep at the bad news that is happenening to the Saints around us? How often do we actually care about the surroundings of the saints and THEIR SPIRITUAL WARFARE? Is it all about us?  Is it all about what God is doing in OUR LIFE? Do we ever cry out to God about someone else and their spiritual warfare? When was the last time you sat down and cried over one of your sisters THAT YOU DIDN’T KNOW that was going over spiritual warfare?

Look at Nehemiah! He didnt’ know these people. All he knew was that they were saints and their ancestors before them had set them up foul for their living conditions they were in now. He knew that their faith was gone and they had absolutely no hope. Nehemiah wept before he heard anymore news about what was going on. He wept just because ! Just because!

In fact, for days I mourned, fasted, and prayed to the God of heaven.

Nehemiah was a man of valor and honor. Here he was fasting and mourning for a people he didn’t know personally. He was praying on their behalf. He was alright in the world he was in as a cup bearer to the King, so why in the world would he disrupt his life by mourning over folks he didn’t even know. Matter, of fact, he didn’t even have a vision about these people before the news. OH, BUT WHEN HE PRAYED TO THE GOD IN HEAVEN.

When was the last time you fasted for someone YOU DIDN’T EVEN KNOW and their spiritual warfare?

5Then I said, “O LORD, God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps his covenant of unfailing love with those who love him and obey his commands,

Nehemiah begins his prayer in Praise and Adoration for the Lord our God. He doesn’t start off his prayers, “Woe is me father. Help me jesus. I’m falling God. Help! Help! Even though his heart has been heavy. Even though he has been weeping. He still honors God by praising him and acknowledging who he is. He said, “YOU GREAT AND AWESOME GOD! YOU KEEP YOUR CONVENANT. YOUR LOVE IS UNFAILING TO THOSE WHO LOVE YOU AND OBEY YOUR COMMANDS. He begins to SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD TO GOD. What he just said was WORD! That was SCRIPTURE! God said that his love unfails those who keeps his commands. Nehemiah was giving scripture that Moses had given them.

This should tell us on how we should begin our prayers. We should begin our prayers in PRAISE AND ADORATION for the Lord Jesus. Forget all this, “Woe is me! Help me pay my rent! Help me pay my light bill!”. What kind of prayer is that to the God who created the sun and the sea. If God made the moon, you don’t think he can’t pay your rent. Your lord God also saved you from all the demons were attacking you in the world, surely he can save whatever circumstance you’re in now. So give him some credit. Don’t begin your prayers with some whack begging! Praise him! Acknowledge him for his wonders and works. Acknowledge how great he is.

Just like you boost up your husband or boyfriend by telling him how fine he is and how good he is to you, you suppose to be doing that 300% to God. If you can tell a HUMAN how good they are, then  you can tell the GOD who CREATED HUMANS how great and wonderful he is. Man fails us. God doesn’t! I rather tell the spirit that will never fail me of their wonderous works than boast to a man/woman who have every potential in heaven of letting me down.

Praise God for who he is! Let’s follow Nehemiah example in giving God his props when we go into prayer.

What did your last prayer sound like when you began?

6listen to my prayer! Look down and see me praying night and day for your people Israel.

Nehemiah KNEW HIS AUTHORITY! He knew his authority as a Christian. He knew where he stood as a man of God. He told God, “Listen to my prayer. Look down and see me praying night and day . See, we have authority when we are serving God. We dont’ have to come to God all low and wimpy. When we know who we are and who we serve, I can go to God and say, “Hey Lord, Listen to me. I’m your child. Look down on me and see me praying for your people”. He didn’t have some wimp prayer saying, “God, do you hear me? I know I cursed suzie out today and I’m sorry. I know I ain’t worthy Lord Jesus. I know I aint’ all that great father. Can you do me a favor father?

No Christians with Authority come to Christ like, “Hey, Dad! Listen to me for a minute. Hear me as I pray to you.” They come to our father knowing that he hears us. Knowing that we have all authority in heaven to repeat his word back to him. Nehemiah didn’t come to God all scared.

Do you have authority when you pray to God?

I confess that we have sinned against you. Yes, even my own family and I have sinned! 7We have sinned terribly by not obeying the commands, laws, and regulations that you gave us through your servant Moses.

Oh My Lord Jesus. Nehemiah confessed his sins to the Lord. Nehemiah was sooooooooo bad that he confessed the sins of his own family. Now how often do we go to God on behalf of our family wrong doings? How often do we go to God and say, “Forgive my brother for he is not walking in your way. Forgive my sister for she is not obeying your laws, regulations or comands?”. When do we ever do that? I know I don’t! I know I don’t. Even though Nehemiah knew that his prayer asking for forgivness of his family sins couldn’t save them, but he had enough passion for people to be concerned of where they stood in God’s eyes. Oohhh, how profound. Thank you Nehemiah. Thank you for revelation.

Nehemiah didn’t only go to God telling him what his family did wrong, he said WE HAVE SINNED. WE HAVE SINNED! He didn’t leave himself out. He was a man that admitted his own mistakes and faults. He came to God like that!
Even in that confession, he made God aware that he KNEW THE LAW. Because he said who God gave it to, which was Moses. Do you ever confess your sins to God and then make God aware that you know what the true law is?

Example: God forgive me for my foul mouth today. Forgive me of my tongue today father. You said in your word that a man who claim to be religious but doesn’t control their tongue is just fooling himself and their religion is worthless. (James 1:26).

Do you let God know that you know his law when you confess? Basically telling God, “I’m wrong! You’re right! I confess! Forgive me!

8“Please remember what you told your servant Moses: `If you sin, I will scatter you among the nations. 9But if you return to me and obey my commands, even if you are exiled to the ends of the earth, I will bring you back to the place I have chosen for my name to be honored.’1

Nehemiah was repeating the Word back to God. This shows that for Nehemiah to repeat the word of God, he had to know the word of God. This shows us that Nehemiah studied his word. He chose to follow God’s law. Despite the news Nehemiah just gotten about Jerusalem, he was a man about God’s business in his personal life. He studied the word. He prayed it so easily. He studied often.

Can you repeat scripture back to God?

10“We are your servants, the people you rescued by your great power and might. 11O Lord, please hear my prayer! Listen to the prayers of those of us who delight in honoring you.

Nehemiah was telling God, I HONOR YOU. FIND DELIGHT IN ME JESUS. YOU HAVE RESCUED YOUR PEOPLE BEFORE GOD. DO IT AGAIN! DO IT AGAIN!

Please grant me success now as I go to ask the king [2] for a great favor. Put it into his heart to be kind to me.”In those days I was the king’s cup-bearer.

Nehemiah wasn’t a punk! He wasn’t no punk! He asked God for success. Nehemiah basically prayed in this chapter for God to help him help God’s people. Nehemiah felt bad for what the saints were going through in Jerusalem and he wanted to help. He wanted to be a part of helping the people of God come out of spiritual bondage. He wanted to be used by God to help the people of God get out of spiritual warfare.  He asked God, “PLEASE GRANT ME SUCCESS NOW! ”

That NOW sounds like Authority to me! That Now sounds like, “God, I serve you. I honor you. I love you. I pray to you. I’m faithful to you. You hear me when I call you. I’m asking NOW! He didn’t say, “Well, God if you feel like it. God if you want to. God if you can. Nehemiah said, GRANT ME FAVOR NOW!

See, Nehemiah also realized that in order for him to complete God’s mighty work, he would need other folks favor. Oh my! Oh my! Nehemiah knew that God would send him to do what he needed him to do, but Nehemiah knew that God would have to soften mens heart so he could get to the places God was going to send him.

That’s a word. That’s a word! Nehemiah didn’t start acting all crazy to the King. He didn’t go to the King after this and thought his stuff didn’t stink talking about, “HEY I’M ON A MISSION FROM GOD. I’M ABOUT TO DROP BEING CUP BEARER. SEE YA!”

No Nehemiah had enough sense to do things in DECENCY AND IN ORDER. He didn’t run out on a prayer. He followed proper protocal. He told HIS MASTER (GOD) to bless his eartly MASTER (the King)to give him (nehemiah) favor. Although our heavenly Master outweigh all authority here on earth, Nehemiah didn’t overstep the Kings authority because he was about to get a job from the real master, God.

Did yall just get that? Nehemiah told God, “Put it on his heart to be kind to me”. Wow!!! What also does this show you about God? Maybe before we begin doing things, we need to check with our master first. We need to tell God to prepare the hearts of folks that we have to deal with.

See MAN CONTROLS NOTHING. God controls EVERYTHING. So I rather pray to the GOD that controls everything, so it can work in all of my situations. I waste my time asking man to pray for me. I need to pray to God who controls what I’m going through! Oh my lord jesus. See, I knew I didn’t want to type this thing. I knew I didn’t.

Who hearts have you been asking God to prepare for you?

Are you getting a new job? Have you asked God to prepare the heart of the man who has to interview you?

Do you have to go to court for something? Have you asked God to prepare the heart of the Judge?

Anything that needs to be worked in your favor and you have to deal with man on that level, you need to learn how to pray to the Lord your God to prepare their hearts. If you believe that God is  in control of everything, then you must know that he controls the hearts of men.

He truly will make all things work in your favor if it is his will.

Thank you Nehemiah for just setting up a great example in only the first chapter. Let’s review. We established that Nehemiah is a caring man. He cared about God’s people. He cared about Ministry. He didn’t ask who was the leader. He didn’t inquire about who was heading up stuff. He wanted to know about God’s people and what was going on. He cared about God’s Ministry.  He cried. He was a man but he wasn’t afraid to cry. He wept for the wrong doings of saints and where they were in their faith. He cared! He was a man who studied his word. He believed in the word. He fasted and he prayed. He was a man who had faith enough to pray to the Lord God for answers. He believed in confessing his sins. He honored God. He honored him in his prayer. He had so much compassion for people that he even asked for forgivness for his family sins. Nehemiah was a man about Ministry and business. He saw a problem and wanted to be a part of the solution.

From the first chapter in this book, we can recognize that Nehemiah had all the great tools God needs a leader to be. He honored God! He had compassion! He cared! He prayed! He looked for vision from God! He had respect for the man he was working for, the king!

We can tell just by Nehemiah Characteristics in this first chapter, he was about to be the bomb leader for the Lord Jesus!

Hope I can make it through all 13 chapters. I pray God gives me the time to follow through on this study!

Be blessed ladies!!!!! Lets be on our way in being a NEHEMIAH of our day!

Why is it that when someone has to go to court for an offense, they hire a lawyer to get them off…. but they say.. “Cant nobody JUDGE ME BUT GOD”? When THEY KNOW they’ill stand before a HUMAN/PERSON/SINNER = JUDGE… TO BE JUDGED?

But Jesus is saying I AM YOUR LAWYER… let me get you off before you GET IN FRONT OF THE HIGHEST JUDGE… GOD

Why people don’t have the desire to settle NOW and confess their wrongs .. WHILE THEY STILL HAVE LIFE?

You don’t have to admit it to the world…. ONLY TO HIM.

My Dream * re-post* Crees Blog Entry

godsgurlcree
Let me share this dream I had . Me and my daughter was walking down this block and all of a sudden it started getting dark and spooky. My first reaction was to be scared. But then I remember in the bible about things to come and those who don’t know God wont be able to understand what’s happening. So I remembered the word. My daughter looked at me she knew what time it was too, so I grabbed her hand and said come on Neisha lets get across the street, that’s the only way we are going to be saved! It was like that side was safe, and the side we were on turned into Hell! It looked as if it was lighting, and storming, put it this way…………the end of the world had came.

We had to cross this big street that seem as if it was taking forever to get across. Once we got there, we saw lots of people, some were looking crazy some just was plain lost. So for some reason, I was in charge, I spoke up and said to the people. LOOK, LISTEN EVERYBODY, the world is coming to an end!! I said if you want to live you have to wake up!! In my own mind inside of the dream I knew that I wanted to live, so in order to live I had planned on waking up out of the dream, I just wanted to make sure that they knew what to do, since some of them didn’t know what was going on, I knew that I had a way out. So I said LOOK YALL, WAKE UP. I looked at Neisha and said boo, you wake up first, I couldn’t wake up without her going first. People were waking up because a bubble would burst in the spot that they were standing in. So I said Neisha go head and wake up. I looked at her and then saw a bubble. I told everybody wake up if you want to live, and THEN I BUBBLED OUT. (LOL)

I woke up out of my dream.

I looked around my house, I got up, walked around, and couldn’t stop thinking if those other people woke up. It was on my mind so tough. I couldn’t believe that I had a dream like this. So, I laid down and said I need to go back to this dream to see if those people left. I laid down went back to sleep, and guess what? God let me go BACK to see if those other people were there. I pop back in the dream like a bubble. It was only a few people left. I said WHY DIDNT YALL POP OUT?????????????

They looked at me and said: WE CANT WAKE UP.

I felt so bad for them, so bad. There was no way for me to help them, they had to pop out themselves. All I could say to them was well IM OUT!! Then I woke up out of the dream.

Deep? I’m always thinking about this dream, its one of the few I remember.

I love you all!

Second Chances Crees Blog Entry

You were told of a place that you were going to go.
You had to prepare and be ready when that time came
you wasn’t
you got left
you fell “asleep”
you felt bad
blamed it on yourself
decided that maybe this was God’s way
felt that your families should have stalled the bus
felt it was their fault
you even got mad
angry and upset
because you were the one who told “them” to be ready
and you wasn’t

But wait…………..

You got another phone call.
You were told to be ready to meet at the same location at the same time
on another day
This time you sleep
but you sleep lightly
you’re on guard
you know your time is near to be ready
Because you refuse to miss this bus
THIS TIME!!!!!!!!

The truth is………… many people will NOT be on “The Bus” with their family and friends when Jesus returns.

Praise God! You made it to heaven! You made good on your second chance!

If you can read this story and see clearly the message. Then you know and understand that your time is no longer your time to entertain and to do what you want with it. You now understand that this thing is serious, and God wants YOUR name in that book. What book you say?

See Our Lord has a guest list. Yes,……………and to get in YOUR name has to be on it. Can’t just any ole body walk up in this function. When you get permission to invite your family and friends, that person who invited you put them on their guest list.

Read : Revelation 21 (New International Version) 27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Everyday we wake up we get a second change in life to repent of our sins and to accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. Everyday is like a fresh sheet of paper that has nothing on it. Each day is brand new, not one person here on earth has peeped inside of it. Everyday our Lord is working behind the scenes, through people, situations, life lessons, testimonies just to get us to stay awake long enough to know that the time is near!

The bible says: Mark 13 (New International Version) 32“No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 33 Be on guard! Be alert[f]! You do not know when that time will come. 34It’s like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.

How deep is that! Have anyone told your kids to clean up the house and when you get back it better be cleaned? And when the kids did what they supposed to do and cleaned up, they still watched out for you to get back……………… they felt confidence, they did what they were told to do. They ran up to their moms, hugged and kissed them when she returned, because their work was done, they knew how mom like it, they knew she would be pleased. And She was.
But for those who didn’t do what they were supposed to do, they didn’t feel as happy. They knew that they got caught NOT watching out for her to come back. They knew that when she returned that she would not be pleased.

the bible says:

Proverbs 11 (New International Version)

30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,
and he who wins souls is wise.
I don’t want to be left behind. I want to be caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus when he cracks the sky!
